It is accepted that (as Rudolf points out) Gray J was wrong to state that a gas chamber used for fumigation would seem to need ducts or an aperture to introduce pellets into the chamber (J13.82). But this minor slip has no effect on the overall argument, as van Pelt demonstrates.
